Due dates can be selected, and reminders to unanswered surveys will be sent. You choose the mode of distribution, as well as the recipients, and we’ll take care of the rest. The survey will be set-up identically to the traditional paper version of the HCAHPS Patient Perspective’s of Care Survey and will provide a national standard for collecting or publicly reporting the information that will enable valid comparisons to be made across all hospitals.
